The more I hear from this dude the more excited I get for his "work in Progress" project to drop. In order to make good hip hop you don't need a corny gimmick, you definitely don't need to do everything everyone else is doing or has done in the past,and you damn sure need not front and perpetrate (act like your a gangsta or anything that your not). All that is required is skillfully speaking from your soul, Which is exactly what i feel Jon Hope does. By doing this Jon Hope manages to drop tracks covering subject matter i've rarely or never heard before.Now i smoke like a chimney lol, so i could never imagine what its like to be the non smoking dude in the smokers section.
